 How long will I have access to the content and workouts?
You will have unlimited access until you cancel and/or your payment fails to process. 
Side note: If you do choose to cancel your workouts and the content, and rejoin later, you will re-start at Wk 1. 
 Will I be able to do these workouts at a gym like Vasa, Gold’s Gym, etc?
Yes! These workouts are designed to work wherever you are. Even hotel gyms! So perfect for travel!
 Can I cancel at any time?
Yes! You are not obligated to stay and can cancel at any moment. If you pay for the year and cancel before you year is up, you will not be refunded for the months you didn’t use. 
Side note: You will not be able to put your membership on hold. Your only option would be to cancel and if you choose to start back up again, remember you will start on Week 1. 
 How do the workouts work?
Every Sunday night your new set of workouts will be posted on the website! You will get to choose between two workouts each day: weightlifting based and cardio based. You are more than welcome to do both, it is encouraged!
 Will I be hitting different parts of the body if I choose to do weightlifting?
Yes! We will focus on a specific body part each day Monday-Thursday. 
 What is so different about the Friday workouts?
Friday workouts are our favorite workouts because they give you a good mix of both weightlifting and cardio. If you are unsure about weightlifting or aren’t confident enough to do it full steam, Fridays are a good warm-up because of the diversity of exercises. 
 What are the cardio workouts like?
Our cardio workouts are more of your HIIT and circuit type training and are designed to have strength involved so you can just say “bye” to the treadmill. You will be doing a variety of heart pumping exercises using your body weight to optimize your workout. 
 Is there someone I can contact if I have a problem or questions?
Definitely! You will have access to the private MFE group page on Facebook that you are more than welcome to post any questions you may have. You can also reach us at kira@makefitnesseasy.com anytime with any questions or concerns.
